Uveden\u00e9 \u017eivotopisy tak\u00e9 nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b dan\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk u\u017e pr\u00e1ci na\u0161el. Bohu\u017eel je tu ta mo\u017enost, \u017ee vy\u0159ad\u00ed i \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd sice na prvn\u00ed pohled nevypad\u00e1 ide\u00e1ln\u011b, nakonec se z n\u011bj v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee vyklubat dobr\u00fd pracovn\u00edk. V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b tu m\u00e1me samoz\u0159ejm\u011b \u00da\u0159ady pr\u00e1ce. Ty v\u0161ak v posledn\u00edch letech ztr\u00e1c\u00ed na v\u00fdznamu. Jejich nespornou v\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee n\u00e1m kandid\u00e1ty sami pos\u00edlaj\u00ed, nemus\u00edme je tedy sami kontaktovat. Probl\u00e9m je, \u017ee zna\u010dn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st je pro danou pr\u00e1ci nevhodn\u00e1, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b o ni nem\u00e1 z\u00e1jem a na pohovor jdou jen proto, aby nebyli vy\u0159azeni z evidence. Jak je vid\u011bt, naj\u00edt nov\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edka nen\u00ed zrovna jednoduch\u00e9. Proto firmy \u010dasto vol\u00ed kombinaci uveden\u00fdch metod podle toho, jak jim to vyhovuje. A je to nejsp\u00ed\u0161 to nejlep\u0161\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.
