Opravdu jsem si tenkr\u00e1t \u0159\u00edkala jak sem hezky meditovala, ale bylo to sp\u00ed\u0161e takov\u00e9 zklidn\u011bn\u00ed a ukon\u010den\u00ed lekce j\u00f3gy.\u00a0 Prvn\u00ed opravdovou meditaci jsem pro\u017eila a\u017e kdy\u017e p\u0159i\u0161la siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nervozita. Bolelo m\u011b na hrudi a j\u00e1 jsem c\u00edtila pot\u0159ebu d\u011blat v\u0161e jen ne se uklidnit.\u00a0Ale doporu\u010den\u00ed jak zvl\u00e1dnout tuto stresovou situaci zn\u011blo jasn\u011b. Zalehni a medituj. J\u00e1 jako \u010dlov\u011bk zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na v\u00fdkon, zvykl\u00fd pod\u00e1vat nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 v\u00fdkony a plnit \u00fakoly bez \u0159e\u010d\u00ed jsem do toho \u0161la.\u00a0Lehla jsem si na gau\u010d, p\u0159ikryla se dekou. Nasadila jsem si sluch\u00e1tka a pustila si na Youtube, svou prvn\u00ed meditaci. Abych je\u0161t\u011b bl\u00ed\u017ee specifikovala, tak \u0161lo o \u0159\u00edzenou meditaci.\u00a0\u0158\u00edzen\u00e1 meditace m\u011b provedla, dechem, vizualizac\u00ed a p\u0159edstavami, jak jsem u mal\u00e9ho potoku, jdu postupn\u011b hloub\u011bji a\u017e m\u011b voda nadnese a o\u010di\u0161\u0165uje m\u011b. A skute\u010dn\u011b. Po skon\u010den\u00ed meditace, odveden\u00ed pozornosti od m\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f byl klid.\u00a0Meditaci jsem se za\u010dala v\u011bnovat pravideln\u011b. R\u00e1no po probuzen\u00ed se mi l\u00edb\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 afirmace. Ve\u010der d\u00e1v\u00e1m p\u0159ednost \u0159\u00edzen\u00fdm meditac\u00edm s n\u00e1dechem l\u00e9\u010den\u00ed energie &#8211; \u010dakry. Kdy\u017e m\u00e1m \u010das tak i dopoledne jsem zkusila, meditaci, kter\u00e1 V\u00e1s provede va\u0161\u00edm nitrem. Va\u0161\u00edm podv\u011bdom\u00edm. Vstoup\u00edte do kout\u016f sv\u00e9 du\u0161e, i sem p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lela. Jestli u\u017e se nejednalo o hypn\u00f3zu. Sv\u016fj stav bych p\u0159irovnala k absolutn\u00edmu uvoln\u011bn\u00ed.P\u00ed\u0161u, \u017ee se v\u011bnuji meditaci pravideln\u011b, mysl\u00edm, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bku, kter\u00fd je zdrav\u00ed sta\u010d\u00ed jedna, dv\u011b meditace za den po \u010dase t\u0159eba i za t\u00fdden. Ale \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd \u0159e\u0161\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u011b n\u011bjak\u00e9 psychick\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed jako t\u0159eba deprese nebo \u00fazkost \u010di panickou ataku by se m\u011bl v\u011bnovat meditaci pravideln\u011b \u00a0r\u00e1no a hodinu p\u0159ed sp\u00e1nkem.\u00a0Z\u00e1v\u011brem bych k meditaci \u0159ekla, \u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 naj\u00edt si svoje klidn\u00e9 m\u00edsto, kde budete sami, nikdo V\u00e1s nebude vyru\u0161ovat, budete m\u00edt p\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou teplotu pokoje, lehnete si na postel a budete \u010dekat co p\u0159ijde. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 poselstv\u00ed na konec v\u011b\u0159 a v\u00edra tv\u00e1 t\u011b uzdrav\u00ed.
